Home Care Packages Program
This Federal Government program provides support to older people with complex needs to help them stay at home. Approved aged care service providers work with care recipients to plan, organise and deliver Home Care Packages.
The Mobility Store works closely with all home care package providers to ensure their clients seamlessly receive quality products to improve their home environment.
We take great pride in the processing and delivery of orders for home care products. Wherever possible our team personally delivers, installs and fits or adjusts the items that have been ordered.
